  • ICRJ 2026 - Registration Information
    Welcome to the 9th International Conference on Refractories, Jamshedpur (ICRJ 2026), a premier platform bringing together industry experts, researchers, and academicians to share insights and innovations in refractory technology.
    All participants must register through the official ICRJ 2026 online portal. The process is completely digital, with clear workflows for delegates, students, presenters, sponsors, and exhibitors.

    Participants can register under one of the following categories:
    • Individual Delegate
    • Group Delegate (Corporate / Institutional)
    • Student (Poster Presenter)
    • Author / Presenter (Industry or Academia)

  • Student Participation & Privileges
    Students from academic or research institutions are encouraged to submit poster presentation abstracts.
    Students whose abstracts and papers are accepted after review will receive:
    • Full waiver of registration fees for only the first author/oral presenter and Accomodation would also be provided by the Organising Committee.
    • Co-authors (second or third authors) if want to participate must register separately and pay the standard registration fee.
    • Opportunity to present research at a global forum.
    • Certificate of participation from ICRJ 2026.
    Note for Registration Process:
    • Follow the same registration process as regular delegates as stated in the Registration process section.
    • Instead of uploading any payment details, upload the official “Acceptance Letter” on your profile login page.
    • The organising team will verify and confirm the registration.
  • Sponsorship & Exhibition Participants
    Sponsors and exhibitors will register through the portal but must make payment via bank transfer / demand draft (the online gateway is not enabled for these categories).
    Steps:
    • 1. Fill the online registration form.
    • 2. Select the sponsorship tier or exhibition category.
    • 3. Enter UTR / Transaction ID in the payment section.
    • 4. Upload proof of payment (bank receipt or DD copy).
    • 5. Wait for confirmation from the Sponsorship & Exhibition Committee.
  • Speakers/Oral Presenters, Individual & Group Delegates
    Individual and group participants must complete payment through the online payment gateway using credit/debit card, net banking, or UPI.
    Once payment is completed:
    • A confirmation screen appears instantly.
    • A confirmation email with registration ID is sent.
    • Invoice and QR code for entry are available on the dashboard.

  • Registration Process for all categories
    • Step 1 - Sign Up: Create an account on the official ICRJ 2026 portal with your name, organisation, email, and phone number.
    • Step 2 - Login: Access your personal dashboard to begin registration.
    • Step 3 - Select Your Category: Choose the appropriate participant type (Delegate, Student, Presenter, Sponsor, or Exhibitor).
    • Step 4 - Upload Documents: Depending on your category, upload Proof of Payment or Acceptance Letter (for waiver participants).
    • Step 5 - Payment:
      • Delegates/Groups: Pay via online payment gateway.
      • Sponsors/Exhibitors: Pay via bank transfer and upload UTR details.
      • Waived Participants (Authors/Students): Upload the Acceptance Letter instead of making a payment.
    • Step 6 - Post-Payment / Confirmation Process:
      • Confirmation Email - Sent within 24-48 hours of payment or acceptance verification.
      • Dashboard Update - Status changes to “Confirmed”; invoice/QR code available for download.
      • QR Code Entry Pass - Serves as your digital conference badge.
      • On-site Verification - Present QR code and valid ID at registration desk to collect your delegate kit.
      • Sponsors/Exhibitors - Receive separate email with stall details and logistics info.
