    Welcome to the 9th International Conference on Refractories, Jamshedpur (ICRJ 2026), a premier platform bringing together industry experts, researchers, and academicians to share insights and innovations in refractory technology.
    All participants must register through the official ICRJ 2026 online portal. The process is completely digital, with clear workflows for delegates, students, presenters, sponsors, and exhibitors.

  • Student Participation & Privileges

    Students from academic or research institutions are encouraged to submit poster presentation abstracts.

    Students whose abstracts and papers are accepted after review will receive:

    • Full waiver of registration fees for only the first author/oral presenter, and accommodation will be provided by the Organising Committee.
    • Co-authors (second or third authors) who wish to participate must register separately and pay the standard registration fee.
    • Opportunity to present research at a global forum.
    • Certificate of participation from ICRJ 2026.
    Note for Registration Process:
    1. Follow the same registration process as per the steps mentioned below.
    2. Instead of uploading any payment details, upload the official “Acceptance Letter” on your profile login page. The organising team will verify and confirm the registration.
    Steps & Guidelines for Registration:
    1. Fill the online registration form by selecting the participant category as Student.
    2. After registration is completed, your profile will be created with the required details. Proceed to the Confirmation Letter Submission step. In that section, upload the PDF you received from the technical team after your abstract was accepted by the committee.
    3. After verification of the same, a confirmation email on successful registration will be received at your end.

  • For All Participants Other Than Students

    Oral presenters, individual delegates, group participants, sponsors, and exhibitors will register through the portal and make payment via bank transfer.

    Steps & Guidelines:
    1. Fill the online registration form by selecting the participant category: Individual, Author/Speaker, Group, Sponsorship Tier or Exhibitor.
    2. After registration is completed, your profile will be created with the required details. If you belong to a Group, Sponsor, or Exhibitor category, please fill in the delegate details section in your dashboard.
    3. Proceed to the Payment Section in your dashboard. Enter the UTR / Transaction ID and other required payment details. Bank account information for making the transfer is available on the website.
    4. After completion of payment, a confirmation email will be sent by our organising team upon verification.

    Note: Please take prior approval from Organizing committee, before making any payment. Request can be considered on the availability of slot.
