Call for Technical Papers - ICRJ 2026
  • About the Call
    The 9th International Conference on Refractories, Jamshedpur (ICRJ 2026) invites professionals, researchers and academicians to present their original work and innovations in refractory and allied technologies. Technical papers are invited for publication and presentation during ICRJ’26. The subject for the technical paper needs to be related to Refractories for Iron & Steel Industry.
    Authors for the technical papers are requested to note the deadlines mentioned in the section (Key Deadlines), as a limited number of technical papers/presentations can be accommodated in the conference, we request the authors to submit the Abstract/Papers at the earliest, avoiding last minute submission.
    The decision on acceptance of the abstract/paper is solely under the discretion of the technical committee of ICRJ’26.
    All accepted contributions will be included in the ICRJ 2026 Conference Proceedings, with selected works scheduled for oral and poster presentations during the event.
  • Technical Domains
    Authors are encouraged to submit their work under (but not limited to) the following themes:
    • Refractories for Steel Making, Mills & Kilns
    • Refractories for Iron Making & Agglomerates
    • Coke Making Refractories
    • Sustainability in Refractory Manufacturing & Usage
    • Emerging Technologies in Refractory Material Development & Application
  • Submission Guidelines
    • Candidates need to submit the Abstract as per the stated format in the Abstract submission form.
    • Once the abstracts are received, confirmation on acceptance of Abstract will be intimated by mail.
    • Candidates receiving the acceptance letter of abstracts would receive the link to submit the technical paper in the stated format which will be published in the technical proceedings of the conference.
    • Students would be needing to use the format for poster presentation for on-site display and other delegates from industry and academia to take reference of the format for PPT presentation. (All the formats would be shared to the candidates whose abstracts are accepted. The formats would be readily available in the technical paper submission link provided to them).
    Presentation Type: Accepted papers will be invited for Oral (for industry/academia delegates) or Poster presentation (student participants only).
